Hello! So today I'm going to be telling about the face wash that works best for me. First of all, I have oily, acne prone skin with hyper pigmentation and a few pitted scars. The wash I think really shows results is the Clearasil Ultra Acne + Marks Wash and Mask. It's a pale blue, runny cleanser that comes out of a tube. This is a reformulation from the previous version. This new formulation has more scar fading ingredients.
About $6.99 at Target
This wash is also advertised as a mask. I think it would be best to use it in the shower, leave it on for a minute or so and wash your hair, then rise it off with your shampoo. The cleanser doesn't harden or anything. You are just allowing it to work a little longer on your skin. It seems to to a great job for me with the steam from the shower.
This wash doesn't make my skin red or itchy and it does have a fragrance. I would describe it as a scent that would be used in guy's products, but lighter. I quite like it. I have noticed that by using this face wash, it helps prevent acne and really does fade scars.
I went through a whole bottle (partly because it's much runnier than I was used to and lost some down the drain) and saw my scars lighten by 50%. It's also says it can help prevent hyper pigmentation from happening when a pimple forms. Not all hyper pigmentation happens after the pimple. Most occur during the blemish's duration on your skin.
