L'OREAL Infallible eyeshadow in 333 Golden Sage

So L'Oreal came out with these little square eyeshadows as part of their infallible line. It's all all plastic with a little press inside to keep the shadow packed. The front allows you to see the shadow color and the back label matches the color of the shadow.

The shadow texture is velvety soft and really resembles moss. It is described as having a "luxurious powder-cream texture." This is the first shadow I have from this line, and to me, it goes on a little thin with a brush or finger.

The left has the Maybelline Color Tattoo Ready, Set, Green underneath,
the right is the L'Oreal shadow alone.

I bought this shadow really hoping to love it and be the middle man until I find the Mossy Green Color Tattoo. So far, it hasn't hit any store near me and this looked like a good color replacement. It's just not as popping full of color like the Color tattoos but it goes wonderfully over it.

Overall, I like this shadow. The packaging is pretty and simple. I don't have a problem with the press because I have a moisturizer that has a lid and then another cover under the lid. I'm interested in trying out some more of the infallible shadow colors.

Have you tried them yet?
